Tony has an extensive background in the security field including 18 years with the New Zealand Defence Forces and more recently as an operational manager and facilitator for advanced security procedures within the New Zealand Security Industry and within the New Zealand Corporate Sector.
Since joining the security industry Tony has been an operational manager for ADT/Armourguard responsible for the day to day efficient running of a large manned service operation, he also fulfilled an operational compliance and auditing function for the same organisation. He was employed for 2.5 years as the Training Manager for C4 Group before taking a role as Manager Educational Services for ICON Security Group Ltd for a 4 year period.
Within this period Tony also undertook operational security work internationally.
In 2010 Tony established Tony Lewis Consulting Limited (TLC) – a dedicated security training and consultancy company delivering high end training and consultancy predominantly to the corporate sector on a national basis. He has also been recently involved in entry level training for the New Zealand Security Industry. Through the establishment of TLC Tony is also in a position to provide operational security services.
Tony brings a wealth of experience and a unique style to his service delivery, a style that has been developed over years of training facilitation and operational management in a broad range of security related areas. He is a NZQA qualified Workplace Assessor and is an industry expert in areas such as critical incident management, armed robbery, personal safety, self-defence, anti hi-jack, close protection procedures and operational security management.
Tony also volunteers as a Community Patroller within his community in support of the NZ Police. He recently received a Police District Commander’s Commendation for his actions in support of Police Members in a high risk situation.
Tony is married to Franky and resides in Arkles Bay, Whangaparaoa.

Les has an impressive background within the New Zealand Security Industry with a career that has spanned 19 years. His knowledge, experience and reputation in the industry are a credit to his commitment and expertise when providing and managing security services. This was recognised formerly in 2001 with Les being awarded the Security Officer of the Year by the New Zealand Security Industry with the support of the New Zealand Police.
Les brings a wealth of experience and a unique style to his service delivery, a style that has been developed over years of security operations experience. He is currently managing an apartment security team who provide a security presence and critical incident response service to several apartment blocks within the Auckland CBD. Given this role and the experience Les has make him a valuable asset in support of the service delivery for manpower solutions for apartment complexes.
Since joining the industry Les has undertaken many different roles with various security provider organisations. He has always been reported on as a loyal, honest and dedicated person who strives for nothing but the best. His strengths lie within operational management and supervision and providing customer focused solutions. His natural ability to communicate and build rapport quickly and effectively with customers and staff, coupled with his professionalism and security expertise make him a credit to Tony Lewis Consulting Ltd and organisations that use their services.
Franky Lewis – Director, Disability Facilitator and Consultant

Franky has an extensive background in the disability support field including working for international humanitarian organisations, providing support and administration for charitable trusts, volunteering for organisations supporting those with impairments and more recently caring for and providing considerable support to her 15 year old disabled son Keegan.
Franky brings a wealth of experience and style to her facilitation, a style that has been developed over years of disability support. She has been integral to the physical, emotional and spiritual growth for her son.
Franky’s experience and knowledge is exceptional within the disability sector, not only having firsthand experience but consolidating her experience into the Yoga field. Holding a Post Graduate qualification in Yoga Teaching Franky combines both her knowledge and experience to provide disabled clients and their families with considerable advice in the care of disabled persons.
Franky is also experienced in the development of comprehensive care plans taking into account all of the stakeholders involved in the care for those with complex needs. She achieves this through a process of consultation, interviewing and the practical development and implementation of such plans.
Franky’s personal interest in disability support training, her experience as a parent of a disabled child and her considerable knowledge through her Yoga studies make her a valuable asset to TLC and to our clients.

Bryan Fitzpatrick – Security Facilitator and Consultant

Bryan has an extensive background in the security field including 22 years training delivery to specialist forces and law enforcement agencies worldwide in the area of Close Quarter Battle (CQB) and has also represented New Zealand at international Karate tournaments over a 12 year period. More recently Bryan has been paramount in the development and delivery of security training to international airline staff.
Bryan brings a wealth of experience and a unique style to his training, a style that has been developed over years of training delivery in a range of security related topics. He is a competent close protection operative and is an industry expert in areas such as self defence, critical incident management and personal safety.
He combines this training with his own considerable experience in this field.
Bryan’s personal interest in training, his professional experience as a facilitator and his considerable experience in high risk security situations make him a valuable asset to TLC and to our clients.
Bryan has also been commended by the New Zealand Police for his actions in support of the Police as a Volunteer Community Patrol member.
